Here you will find a short description of how to take care of your new tattoo

After getting your tattoo

The artist will apply an antiseptic lotion on your skin and cover your tattoo with surgical plastic.
That plastic should remain on your skin for at least 24 hours.

When you carefully remove the plastic you should rinse your skin very gently with a mild liquid soap and tepid
water. Dry your tattoo very carefully with a clean towel. Then add a thin layer of antiseptic lotion and cover up
your tattoo with plastic again.

During the first 24 hours you can rinse and reapply lotion and plastic as often as you like. You can keep doing
this process for as long as you like. The longer you keep your tattoo clean and covered the quicker it will heal.
If you choose to not cover it with plastic you should continue to rinse and apply thin layers of antiseptic
lotion until your tattoo is fully healed. You should apply lotion 10-20 times pr day. Your tattoo should never
feel dry.

Keep your tattoo clean. Always have clean clothes on near the tattoo and never touch your tattoo with unclean hands.

You should never: A fully healed tattoo can also dry out. To maintain a good quality you should use lotion on a regular basis.
Also please keep in mind that the sun is a tattoos biggest enemy. If you choose to sunbathe please use a high
factor sunscreen on your tattoos
